Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions, additional preparation, customer-requested modifications, or other factors affecting the scope of work are discovered before or during installation.
Unless otherwise stated, estimates remain valid for 30 days.
3. Scheduling
Project dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Installation schedules may be adjusted due to weather, material availability, equipment issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen project conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
4. Payments
A deposit may be required before work is scheduled.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Late payments may be subject to applicable fees, interest, or collection costs as permitted by law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the project area.
Prior to installation, customers should remove vehicles, furniture, storage items, and other personal belongings from the work area unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to prepare the work area may result in scheduling delays or additional charges.
6. Concrete Conditions
Concrete is a natural material that may contain cracks, imperfections, moisture issues, or structural movement beyond our control.
While our installation process is designed to maximize adhesion and durability, we cannot guarantee against future cracking, settling, moisture intrusion, or other conditions caused by the underlying concrete or structure.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided only as outlined in the written warranty documentation supplied with your completed project.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, neglect, structural movement, flooding, improper maintenance, chemical exposure, or circumstances outside of our control.
8. Website Content
